- Application in a prescribed form
- Feasibility Study Report
- No objection Letter from two neighbors.
- Lay out design of the waste discharge and filter process
- Trade License
- Affidavit through a notary public in a non-judicial stamp of the worth Tk. 50.00 for environment protection and development, Prevention of pollution, remedy and control
